You say, &#8220;I want to improve myself.&#8221; Why do you need to improve yourself?<\/p>\n\n<p>Why don&#8217;t you accept yourself as you are? Once you accept it, you will get access to all the talents that are already hidden inside you.<\/p>\n\n<p>Because we are running, we&#8217;re trying to compete. When we see others, we want to be better than them.
