Notes:

Art of Silence Course- Intensive is for those who have taken a few Art of Silence Courses and are ready for a deeper experience. The Intensive formats includes more and longer meditations and usually a longer duration of Silence, compared to the Art of Silence Course.

Pre requisite:
Happiness Program (previously known as Art of Living Course) or Yesplus course
Atleast 3 Art of Silence Courses

Participation requires attending all sessions. If you miss a session, you will not be able to continue with the Program without discussion with the instructor. No refunds will be provided.

On site check-in is from 5pm to 7:30pm on Thursday May 24th, 2018. Please be on time to register, settle in and enjoy the Satsang. The course will end on Monday 28th, 2018 after lunch (around 3pm).

 

The ashram is about a two-hour drive from the nearest major airport San Antonio (SAT). Please book your flights accordingly. Attendance for all days and sessions are mandatory. A good set of driving-directions is available at:http://www.srisriashram.org/contact.html Accommodations There are three kinds of accommodation available in the Ashram premises: Quad, Double and Shared Double. If you are looking for Double please email us with your details (email listed below). What to bring? Bring your own towels, water bottle, flashlight, musical instruments, back-jack/meditation blankets/pillows, yoga mat, gardening gloves, and work clothes (for garden work). Lodging facilities have bed, pillow, and blankets. However, they cannot be taken to the meditation hall. Ashram has a lot of trees and it is in the hill country so if you have allergies it is a good idea to bring your allergy medication, just in case you need it.
