Intuition Process for Teens

A powerful Art of Living program to awaken clarity, creativity, and confidence for ages 13+ up to 18 years.

In a world that trains children to constantly seek answers outside themselves, intuition becomes a vital inner compass. When nurtured early, it supports academic success, but also resilience, emotional intelligence, and authentic self-expression.

The Intuition Process helps children grow into young adults who are centered, confident, and capable of navigating life with clarity — both online and offline.

The Intuition Process workshop, offered by the Art of Living Foundation, is a gentle yet profound program designed to help children and teens reconnect with their inner clarity and trust their gut feeling. 

The new, 17-day format is designed to help children to integrate the tools and techniques that they learn directly into the structure of their daily life, and allow for deep transformation with participants, spending time daily with Art Of Living instructors.

How it works:

• In-person on weekends: 
Where we learn and experience the SKY Breathing and the Intuition Process in depth. 

• Online on weekdays:
Short 30-minute evening practice sessions to help integrate the process gently and consistently (especially supportive for teens)

Fri, 31 Jul: 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Sat, 1 Aug: 10am-12pm
Sun, 2 Aug: 10am-12pm

Followed by daily online sessions via Zoom:
Mon 3rd Aug - Thurs 6th Aug: 6pm-6:30pm
 

Weekend Two:
In-Person at DSK German School, Tamboorskloof:

Fri, 7 Aug: 3.30pm-5.30pm
Sat, 8 Aug: 10am - 12:00pm
Sun, 9 Aug: 10am - 14:30pm

Followed by daily online sessions via Zoom:
Mon 10 Aug - Fri 14 Aug: 6pm-6:30pm
Sat 15 Aug: 5.30pm-6.30pm
