Art of Silence -UAE

The silence course is invitation to dive deep into the self and enjoy a perfect vacation for mind, body and spirit. Increased awareness and Unshakable sense of stability come into our life and stay for log period of time after the course.

Wholesome vegetarian food is provided. Instructor leads the group through session of yoga. Deep guided meditation and profound process that cleanse and renew, and lead the experience of inner peace and freedom.
