The Excellence@ Workplace programs offer a bouquet of customized leadership development and teambuilding workshops ranging from the flagship program “iExcel I Lead” which is a 16-20 hour program spread over a period of 2 -3 days, to a program called “iExcel TIPS” which is a 1.5 hour module. The programs are a unique offering to promote sustainable growth and profitability for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). These specially structured corporate interventions act as a catalyst to eliminate stress, enhance efficiency and productivity levels, and achieve work-life balance.
The program combines personal and team development processes, advanced leadership and management techniques along with powerful breathing tools for developing personal and professional skills across all management levels.
How does Excellence @ Workplace work?
The iExcel programs are 1.5 hour - 16 hour workshops spread over 2-3 days that help develop leadership skills at the senior level, management skills at the mid level and enthusiasm and positive dynamism at the junior level of the organization.
The breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya taught on the program stimulates the Vagus nerve that arises from the brain and connects all organs of the body. This, in turn, helps in building confidence, courage, and creativity which is necessary for business success and is instrumental in making leaders more effective.
The outcome of the program is improved performance, productivity and profitability, and an enhanced sense of belongingness.
