You are deemed to have accepted our Privacy Policy when you visit our website for the first time. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, you must stop using our website immediately.

PURPOSE

This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our website. It does not extend to any website linked from our website (whether we provide such links or they are shared by other users). We have no control over how other websites collect, store, or use your data, so we recommend that you review the privacy policies of those websites before providing them with any data.

Our website is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 without valid parental or legal guardian consent. If we discover that we have collected or received personal information from a person under the age of 18 without verification of parental or legal guardian consent, we will delete that information. DATA COLLECTION

Some data will be collected automatically through our website; other data will only be collected if you voluntarily provide it and acknowledge that we use it for the purposes described here. Automatically collected data includes: (1) Information about the type and version of browser used; User information: Frequency, recency, number of sessions, page views, usage details, clicks, traffic data, website navigation paths; (2) Your operating system; Platform/device; (3) Your Internet service provider; (4) Your system, computer and Internet connection details, IP address; (4) Internal searches: search terms and categories; (5) Date and time of access; details of e-commerce transactions, if any; (6) Session: duration, bounce rates; (7) Traffic sources; (8) Ad keywords. In case of abuse, we may block certain IP addresses.

USE OF DATA

a) All personal data is stored securely, reasonably protected against misuse, loss, and unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Program Terms and Conditions, together with the General Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and “The Art of Living” (“Organization”). “User” refers to the consumer of this website and potential participant in one or more learning programs administered by the Organization (“program” or “programs”); or to the user of this website and the parent or legal guardian of a potential participant under 18 years of age in one or more learning programs administered by the Organization.

Please read carefully before accepting.

1. USER/PARTICIPANT PARTICIPATION:

a) The user understands that any benefit derived from the program depends exclusively on their level of participation. They assume full responsibility for the results of their participation in the program and voluntarily agree to follow all instructions and participate fully.

b) The user will not disclose the program content to third parties. The user will not attempt to instruct others in the techniques used during the program until they have received the corresponding instructor training from the Organization and are certified by it to teach the program.

c) The user understands that they are not authorized to disclose the content of any program or any of the conditions provided by the Organization to third parties without the Organization's written authorization. Furthermore, the user confirms that the Learning Organization's techniques and exercises constitute private and confidential information and, therefore, the user: 1) will not share this information with anyone or teach it to others unless they have the Organization's written authorization; 2) will not practice the techniques and exercises outside the Organization's program environment unless instructed by the Organization's instructor. The user also understands that the content of the Organization's programs constitutes the Organization's intellectual property and that they will be liable, in accordance with applicable law, for any unlawful use, disclosure, copying, modification, or creation of derivative works of the content, unless expressly authorized by the Organization.

Unless otherwise stated, nothing contained herein shall apply to confidential information, program content, or the Organization's technical knowledge that is disclosed or subsequently disclosed to the public for reasons unrelated to the recipient entity's breach of this User Agreement; or whose disclosure is authorized in writing by the Organization.

2. USE OF IMAGES

The Organization may publish group photos taken during activities for exclusively educational and informational purposes regarding the activities carried out at the Organization's various centers. These photos will constitute the content of each center's communications and social media. The User, in this regard, authorizes the capture and reproduction of any images in which they appear.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted payment methods are: debit card, credit card, and cash. In the case of cash, payment can be made through RapiPago and Pago Fácil, via Mercado Pago.

4. COURSE DELIVERY METHOD

The courses included in The Art of Living are delivered online and/or in person, as indicated in the course descriptions available on the Organization's website.

5. APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Buenos Aires. Failure to comply with any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision.

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be sent to the email address devoluciones@elartedevivir.org.

Once payment for the program/course has been made, the user has ten (10) days to request cancellation of the purchase and a full refund of the amount paid.

After the aforementioned deadline, refund requests received before the start of the scheduled program/course will be accepted, subject to a 10% administrative fee, except in the case of cancellation or rescheduling of the course by the Organization, in which case the participant will receive a full refund.

Once the program/course has begun, the fee is non-refundable.

If a participant has paid for the program/course but does not attend, they may transfer the full amount to another person or course of the same type up to 90 days after the original course ends, provided they notify the Organization of this within 20 days.

as of the start of the program/course to which you wish to transfer your registration. Should the course price increase within the aforementioned period, the participant must pay the difference.

Refunds are

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. For courses paid in cash through “RapiPago” and “Pago Fácil,” the refund will be issued to a “Mercado Pago” account.

DISCLAIMER - ASSUMPTION OF RISK - INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

As a condition of participating in any program offered by the Organization, the user understands and agrees to the following:

1. The nature of the Organization's programs requires that the user be qualified, in good health, and in adequate physical condition to participate. If at any time the user believes or is informed that the conditions of a program may be unsafe for them, they must immediately discontinue their participation. The user declares that, in the event of suffering from any illness (physical or mental), they will inform the course authorities before the start of the course or as soon as they become aware of the illness.

2. The organization's programs carry a risk of personal injury, which may be caused by the user's actions or omissions, the actions or omissions of other participants, and/or the conditions under which the programs are conducted. The user also understands that there may be other unknown or difficult-to-foreseeable social and economic risks or losses ("Risks").

3. The user fully accepts and assumes all risks and responsibility for any loss, cost, or damage that they may suffer as a result of their participation in the organization's programs.

By means of this agreement, the participant releases the Organization, its affiliates, administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, and employees, as well as other participants, officers, owners, and tenants of the facilities where the programs are held (the "Released Parties"), from all liability and agrees not to sue or hold them responsible for any liability, claim, demand, loss, or damage caused or allegedly caused, in whole or in part, by the acts, omissions, or negligence of any of the Released Parties. The participant also acknowledges and agrees that if, notwithstanding this release of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnification agreement, any person on their behalf files a claim against any of the Released Parties, they will indemnify and hold them harmless from all litigation expenses, attorneys' fees, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs incurred as a result of such claim.

The services provided by the Organization are offered "as is" and "as available," without any warranty or condition of any kind. The user waives any claim for special, indirect, or consequential damages against the Organization. These terms will not limit any non-waivable warranties or consumer protection rights to which the user is entitled under the laws of their country of residence.

By selecting the "Yes" box and accepting this waiver, the user acknowledges being at least 18 years of age, or being the parent or legal guardian of a participant under 18 years of age, in which case they agree to identify themselves as required by the Organization; having carefully read and fully understood this disclaimer, assumption of risk, indemnification, and release agreement; understanding that by accepting this waiver, they are waiving substantial rights; accepting it freely and without duress or warranty of any kind, and that it constitutes a complete and unconditional waiver of all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. The user agrees that if any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
