The Art of Living Part 1 Course, also known as the Happiness Program or SKY Breath Mediatation  is a transformative workshop designed to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It introduces participants to powerful breathing techniques, including the Sudarshan Kriya, which helps reduce stress, increase energy, and bring clarity to the mind. The course combines yoga, guided meditations, and practical wisdom to cultivate inner peace, positivity, and resilience. Open to all above age 18 , it fosters self-awareness and harmony in daily life. Participants often leave with a renewed sense of joy, improved focus, and tools to handle life’s challenges with calmness and confidence.
