Everyone can do it and everyone wants it. Every child can do it. We are born with the ability to be happy.

The Happiness Program unlocks these qualities, which are often buried over the course of our lives, so that we can rediscover the source of happiness within ourselves.

The challenge lies in dealing with our thoughts.

We could be happy right now, if only our minds were relaxed and calm. But due to the constant stream of thoughts and the oscillation between worries about the future and regrets about the past, we miss out on happiness.

In the Art of Living Happiness Program, we discover that we have our happiness in our own hands—not as a concept but as a concrete experience.

The solution is called Sudarshan Kriya®!

The core of the course is Sudarshan Kriya®, a powerful technique that uses natural breathing rhythms to break free from this cycle of thoughts. This breathing technique frees the body and mind from stress and helps us to better cope with stressful feelings and challenging situations.

Course times, content, and effects

The course takes place over three consecutive days for several hours. Three hours on the first day and six hours on the following two days, in the evenings during the week and in the mornings on the weekend.

  • Techniques for improving interpersonal relationships in your private life and at work.

  • Wisdom that can be easily applied in everyday life.

  • Easy yoga exercises for better health, flexibility, and relaxation.

  • Meditation and helpful breathing techniques.

  • Effects: less stress, more energy, enthusiasm, increased well-being, and increased self-confidence.

Experienced instructors guide you through the workshops. Afterwards, you can apply the exercises independently in your everyday life.
