Eligibility : All those who have learnt the Sudarshan Kriya already (HP/MBW/OMBW/YES+/Part 1 anyone of them)

1. Meals are included in the program.

2. It is a non-residential program where participant can go to their home for sleep after evening session.

Accommodation can be arranged at a volunteer's place upon request, especially for those traveling from outside Berlin or facing other challenges.

3. Starts at 7:30 am on 18th April (Friday) and ends at 21st April at 1:30 PM on Monday
