Art of Living Part 1

The Art of Living courses and the exercises I have learned have brought poise and purpose to my life for years. I am better able to cope with the various twists and turns of life's rollercoaster, knowing that breathing exercises and meditation are always there to protect and help me.

At first I was thinking a lot what I want from the course, but then I think it gave me everything I needed. I have been doing meditation for one year already, I was feeling a bit stuck. The course has given me an in-depth feeling how I should proceed or how I should see meditation as practice. And now I have more tools to be more aware and more present at the moment. That's a really good thing and it already translated to my relationship with my girlfriend. I am looking forward how I will go further in this journey.

It was such a beautiful and profound experience, specially because it was in-person and Swamiji (Swami Jaataveda) was there. The exrercises which we go through as a group are so beautiful and make you feel so connected to each other even though we are mostly strangers. They just make you see it and it's right there!
