Connect to the Source

The Art of Meditation (Sahaj Samadhi) course trains your conscious mind to experience the silent depths of your own nature. In Sanskrit, Sahaj means effortless. Samadhi is meditation - a natural state beyond waking, sleeping and dreaming that is an unlimited reservoir of energy, intelligence and creative power and a place of infinite peace and tranquility.

The practice of Art of Meditation (Sahaj Samadhi) brings these qualities of increased energy, clarity, joy, and deep inner peace into our daily experience.

"In Samadhi, that deep state of meditation, you get energy and a long-lasting feeling of happiness. It brings you higher and higher until your entire presence radiates love."

GURUDEV SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR

Easy to Learn

With this technique you learn to tap into deeper layers and deepest energy source in yourself. Both body and mind rest deeply and you experience a state of silence and peace. Deep-rooted stress disappears and you feel clear, energetic and creative.

The practice is relaxing and pleasant and the benefits can be felt immediately. Everyone can learn the technique within a few hours of training.

How Is It Different from Mindfulness,
Concentration or Guided Meditation?

Unlike guided meditation, Art of Meditation (Sahaj Samadhi) does not require accessories nor any guidance once learned. And, generally, it takes you to a much quieter and deeper place as well.

Art of Meditation (Sahaj Samadhi) means “effortless meditation". It does not require controlling the mind like concentration meditations, nor does it require vigilant observation of thoughts and emotion like mindfulness meditation. Thus, it has been found to be easier and quicker to learn than mindfulness or concentration which require mental effort and take a longer time to master.
