Practical tools to deal with daily challenges. Interactive sessions and relaxation exercises: yoga, stretching, meditation, and a powerful breathing technique – the Sudarshan Kriya.The course rejuvenates the body, calms the mind, sharpens the intellect, and increases joy in our life.

 

YES!+ is an innovative and dynamic educational and life skills programme for students and professionals aged 15 to 30. It increases confidence and enhances one’s inner strength to move ahead, contribute, and live the most fulfilled life!

 

Presented in a practical and fun format, it appeals to children of all backgrounds aged between 8 and14 years. The ART Excel course cultivates good interpersonal skills and develops their best natural potential. In order to be successful and fulfilled in life children need not only academic skills, but also good social skills, as well as strengths in leadership and teamwork. The ART Excel course (excluding hotel cost) is free for children with parents on the Art of Silence or Art of Breathing course.

 

We are delighted to be able to offer a complete package for your whole stay in different categories varying from 4-bed shared rooms to single bedrooms priced for all budgets, in the comfort of the largest activity and conference hotel in Scandinavia, the Quality Hotel & Resort. The hotel is located close to the E6 in short walking distance to nature and lake area.

 

All prices include: course fees, accommodation and meals; being delicious vegetarian, breakfast, lunch and dinner from Friday evening through to Tuesday’s lunch. In addition, the rate includes access to the hotel’s water park, so don’t forget your bathing suit.
