How long does the yoga course last?

Our Yoga courses are offered online and offline in 4-5 day formats. In these few days, you will learn to perform the yoga asanas and exercises most beneficial for you. You can then continue the practice on your own or join our follow up sessions.

What are the requirements to enrol?
