Sudarshan Kriya™ – a powerful breathing technique that uses cyclical breathing patterns at varying rhythms to effectively reduce stress, induce a state of deep meditation, and bring harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. In addition, you’ll learn other breathing practices – energizing, calming, and breath-lengthening techniques – that you can easily integrate into your daily routine. 

Yoga and Meditation

Simple, harmonizing yoga postures will strengthen your body and mind, while meditation will lead you into a state of deep relaxation.

Knowledge

Gain practical insights into the nature of the mind that make everyday life easier and more balanced. Yoga is more than just physical exercise – it’s also a way of looking at life.
