Where we begin

It begins with the breath.

We tend to the body, but rarely the mind. Yet the breath is closely tied to our inner state — when we’re calm, it flows naturally; when we’re weighed down, it turns short and agitated. This is where we begin: a few minutes of breath and meditation, and the mind settles. It costs nothing, and anyone can learn. A Happiness Center is simply the place where a community breathes and grows together.
