Where is the breath workshop taught?

It depends on the mode you select. Some are conducted at the Art of Living venues and others are taught online on Zoom.

How long is the course?

The course lasts 9 hours over 3 days.

What are the requirements to enroll?

There are no prerequisites. All above 18 years of age are welcome!

Does Sudarshan Kriya™ reduce blood pressure?

Yes! There is plenty of research to support this. In one study, the practice of Sudarshan Kriya™ led to a significant decrease in diastolic blood pressure in 26 mildly hypertensive individuals. 

Can Sudarshan Kriya™ cure anxiety?

Sudarshan Kriya™ has been shown to be effective in relieving anxiety and depression. That said, it is not a replacement for medical interventions deemed necessary by your doctor. Speak to an Art of Living instructor for more information.
