Students today carry more than their syllabus

Exam pressure, comparison, uncertainty, and screen fatigue quietly erode focus and wellbeing. Institutions play a vital role in inspiring students toward a higher vision while fostering a stress-free, holistic environment where they can thrive. YES!+ offers practical inner tools beyond academics, delivered through an experiential, secular, and lasting approach.

Stress peaks exactly when clarity and recall matter most.

One program, three ways to bring it to your campus

Designed and curated by our panel of experts to address the real challenges students face. Choose the format that fits your calendar and goals - all are delivered by certified teachers.

Both formats combine mind-body practices with interactive discussions and experiential learning. These evidence-based approaches have been shown to enhance overall performance by improving memory, concentration, interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

In good company, worldwide

Art of Living youth programs are affiliated with prestigious universities, institutes and government bodies, many of which have included them in their curriculum.
