Guruji, it is said, slow and steady wins the race, but doesn't feel as an appropriate lesson in today's world. What should be today's version?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Be steady inside and run fast. Instead, if you are slow in walking and unsteady inside, it is no good. Be steady inside, and run fast outside. In fact, people do the other way around. They move very slowly outside, but they think too fast. Inside, they are restless and they are running, and they become sick.
