Dobrodošli na Sri Sri Yogu - čisti i izvorni oblik yoge. Sri Sri Yoga, kao potpuna disciplina yoge, donosi mudrost i tehnike yoge na potpuno veseo i temeljit način. Kombinacija nježnih i snažnih serija asana (yoga položaja) uči se za dobrobit tijela, a jednako su naglašene i tehnike za njegovanje uma i duha.

Yoga asane koje se prakticiraju stoljećima, povezane sa znanjem drevnih spisa, predstavljene su u obliku koji će ti pomoći da poboljšaš kvalitetu svakodnevnog života.
