Meditate India for Developing Sports begins today

The Sports Foundation, Yashwant Vyayamshala and Art of Living have jointly organised an innovative meditation course - Meditate India for Developing Sports - for the players in all sports. This free course will begin from 6 pm today (June 6) at the ground of Yashwant Vyayamshala. Coach Anand Khare informed about the course recently. Khare informed that the players from all age groups can take benefit of this course along with their parents. The players can enhance their sports skills by meditating for increasing the concentration and physical fitness. This is the first ever course of its type specially designed for the sportspersons. Swami Anandji and Santoshji from Art of Living, Nashik have designed the course. The course will begin in the chief presence of MLA Jayant Jadhav, Vijay Hake from Art of Living, Yashwant Vyayamshala president Dipak Patil and District Sports Officer Sudhir More today. The players and their parents too can find solutions for their various confusions about the process of meditation here and the course will be beneficial for the players in their future, informed the coach. The organisers have appealed the players and their parents to be present with individual mats on right time for the programme.
