Oppfølging

Du har fullført ditt første Art of Breathing-kurs! Men det virkelige kurset har bare så vidt begynt – nemlig å overføre alle teknikkene du har lært til det virkelige liv. Hver gang livet gir deg en utfordring, så har du nå to utfordringer – situasjonen i seg selv OG du kan iverksette teknikkene du har lært. Så, de ukentlige oppfølgingene er uvurderlige for virkelig å absorbere det du har lært, og for å få en jevnlig avslapning, og for å få tatt en pause fra dine vanlige rutiner. Du vil også umiddelbart merke at når du praktiserer i en gruppe, så vil du pga. atmosfæren oppnå en dypere avslapning enn på egen hånd.

Ukentlige oppfølginger foregår på mange steder. Spør din lokale Art of Living lærer eller sjekk her for å se om det er ukentlige oppfølginger nær deg.

I cannot directly pin point it, but definitely there is a big change from before and after going to the part-2 course. I had a great time with the advance course too. I think everyone came out a better person. My personal health seems improved. I am finding that I am more tolerant to my own self these days. This means that I do not indulge in drinking and other bad habits as soon as I find time. I used to do that a lot before.
