The Art of Meditation Teacher Training Course lays out the foundation for becoming a teacher of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's The Art of Meditation: Sahaj Samadhi Program. You will have the opportunity to learn more in-depth about the origin of meditation and its techniques. Upon completion of the program, it may be possible for you to become a qualified Sahaj Samadhi Program teacher.
The pre-requisites are:
- Graduates of the Guru Puja Course (Phases I & II)
- Teachers of the Art of Living Program (Part 1 Course) who are actively teaching over the past five years or have been actively involved in any of the Art of Living Foundation's service projects over five years.
