Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: It’s a natural phenomenon whenever you are happy your consciousness expands, when you’re relaxed and aware. When you’re relaxed and gone to sleep of course the inertia dominates. But if you are aware and relaxed consciousness is expanding. And whenever you feel hallow and empty consciousness is expanding.
