Who is Konstantin Dragov?
 

For those of you who don't know me, I have been teaching breathing techniques and meditation courses for over 20 years and have helped tens of thousands of people in different countries achieve this harmonious state of mind. I am a civil engineer by profession.

I am currently the coordinator of the Art of Living Foundation in Romania, Bulgaria, and North Macedonia.

I also run an organic products company. But my favorite hobby is volunteering to teach the Art of Living breathing and meditation courses, which I have been practicing for 25 years and have experienced their numerous benefits.
