AUTHENTIC YOGA EDUCATION IN ITS PURE FORM.
Inspired by the established and fully blossomed yogi Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, SRI SRI YOGA is a uniquely simple yet deeply profound yoga practice rooted in ancient vedic tradition. Sri Sri Yoga is a complete experiential understanding of the essence of the vedic yogic text, and the practice combines all aspects of yoga (Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Gyana, Karma) in order to enable the practitioner to fully blossom.
