Shakti Kriya deepens your meditation and Sudarshan Kriya™ experience

Shakti Kriya is a powerful technique that works with the innate rhythms of your body (unlike Sudarshan Kriya™ which uses the rhythms of the breath). The advanced technique shows you how to activate your Shakti Chakras or energy centers and delves into how these relate to the five elements.

How is Shakti Kriya different from Sudarshan Kriya™?

What are the benefits of Shakti Kriya?

Shakti Kriya brings many benefits to practitioners including increased vitality and energy, reduced levels of stress and anxiety, deeper relaxation and sleep, better quality of meditation and Sudarshan Kriya™ practice.
