Our Children & Teens Programs- Utkarsha Yoga (8+ up to 13 years), Medha Yoga (13+ up to 18 years) & Intuition Process (5+ up to 18 years)- come with fun-filled games, group activities, yoga, meditation and powerful breathing techniques like Sudarshan KriyaTM.
