The Art of Living’s Winter Campaign for children and teens is exclusively designed to address a few challenges without losing smile and happiness.
Children get intimidated by fun activities and games. In our programs, your child will not only be a part of games and discussions, but will also build self-confidence, communication skills, nurture metacognition, and forge awareness for anxiety and anger management.
If you have children and teens between the age of 5-18 years, you can enroll them for the below programs according to their age.

Utkarsha Yoga (8+ to 13 years)
A 3-days online program that guides your child through engaging activities, breathing techniques, short meditations, and games to help them overcome shyness, reduce aggression, and handle fear.

Utkarsha Yoga Upgrade (8+ to 13 years)
A 3-days life skills program that can be done only after completing level 1 - level 2 helps your child to be more socially driven. They get more clarity of thoughts and learn about teamwork through fun games and lively discussions.

Medha Yoga Level 1 (13 to 18 years)
A 3-days online program that helps your teens handle negativity, develop awareness, and induce a sense of responsibility through a combination of deep meditations, breathing techniques, and fun yoga.

Medha Yoga Level 2 (13 to 18 years)
An advanced level 4-days online program, that can be done only after completing level 1 - level 2 helps teens develop an attitude of giving 100% and delving deep into action and reaction understanding.

Prajñā Yoga (5 to 18 years)
Prajñā Yoga is a powerful 2-days program that helps children and teens better their decision-making, communication skills and grasping power, through processes that easily tap children’s intuitive abilities.
