YLTP - Building Dynamic Leaders for Tomorrow

The mission of the Youth Leadership Training Program (YLTP) is to revive and enrich communities through the empowerment and transformation of youth. Sri Sri Rural Development Program

The Art of Living runs several programs to empower rural communities under the Sri Sri Rural Development Programme (SSRDP). It was established in the year 2001 to empower the economically backward in some of the villages in India and help them become self-sufficient and self-reliant. The SSRDP has units across 9 states in India, in the states of Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Chandigarh.Sri Sri Rural Development Program

Women Empowerment

As a part of its endeavour to create economically self reliant communities, the Art of Living Foundation started The Women Empowerment programs for rural women to provide them with sustainable and alternate means of income. The rural women are trained in vocational skills like  stitching, cutting, embroidery and bead work. Dharma Stambha Yojana

Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's vision of a stress-free society is the main objective of The Art of Living Foundation and its sister organizations. This vision translates into action in two important ways, through large-scale social transformation projects and powerful personal development courses. Vaidic Dharma Sansthan

VDS is a public, charitable, religious, spiritual and educational trust that was started in July 2008 to promote religious and spiritual education, irrespective of caste, creed, language and religion. Gurukul (Rekindling Ancient Knowledge)

The Veda Agama Samskrutha Maha Patashala, founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is a heritage school dedicated to Agamic studies. Agama Shastra is the scientific study of conducting poojas, homas and other Vedic practices. These practices have a profound effect on the environment and create vibrations of peace, joy and brotherhood. VVMVP Schools

Ved Vignan Maha Vidhya Peeth (VVMPV) was the first rural school set-up by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 1981. It started when Gurudev observed some local children playing in the dust near The Art of Living Centre. Seeing that they had no access to education he decided to do something to help them.
