The Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Course trains your conscious mind to experience the silent depths of its own nature.

Sahaj, in Sanskrit, means effortless. Samadhi is meditation - a natural state beyond waking, sleeping and dreaming that is an unlimited reservoir of energy, intelligence and creative power and a place of infinite peace and tranquility.

The practice of Sahaj Samadhi brings these qualities into our daily experience, resulting in increased energy, clarity, joy and deep inner peace.

“People search for joy everywhere not knowing that the Self is the source of all joy.”

SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR

“Sahaj Samadhi is helping me to feel calmer and less anxious, but best of all it has helped me to wake up early in the mornings feeling more relaxed, productive and happier. Also, things are smoother at work.

- Manu

How Is It Different from Mindfulness, Concentration or Guided Meditation?

Unlike guided meditation, Sahaj Samadhi does not require accessories, nor any guidance once learned. This meditation can be done anywhere: on a plane, in a waiting room, at the office - any place you can sit with your eyes closed, you can experience the silence of Samadhi.

And generally, it takes you to a much quieter and deeper place as well.

Sahaj Samadhi actually means “effortless meditation.” It does not require controlling the mind like concentration meditations, nor does it require vigilant observation of thoughts and emotion like mindfulness meditation. Thus, it has been found to be easier and quicker to learn than mindfulness or concentration which require mental effort and take a longer time to master.

As Taught By

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Word-Renowned Meditation Master

All our teachers have been personally trained and qualified by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in a rigorous course of study so that they can teach you this technique in a precise, systematic way for maximum results - in fact, it is taught in the same way that it has been for thousands of years through a long tradition of Masters out of India.

Sri Sri describes how Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is a rare combination of simplicity with depth, and how meditation has been passed down by a series of teachers for thousands of years, maintaining its authenticity while becoming much more accessible.

“In Samadhi, that very deep state of meditation, you are given energy and long-lasting bliss. It carries you higher and higher until your very presence radiates love.”
