Teach Meditation

Teach Meditation

When the mind becomes free from agitation, becomes calm, serene and is at peace, meditation happens. By doing meditation, you can turn your body into a powerhouse by generating an inner source of energy. ~ Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Right from our childhood, we were taught many things. Learning has been a continuous saga in our life. However, has anyone taught us how to deal with our emotions, how to calm our own mind? This prime aspect of our life has been neglected. Sometimes you feel sadness and sometimes other feelings may also come up, but they just pass by. An event created an emotion inside you and the emotion again creates a similar type of atmosphere around you and this cycle goes on. The only way to break the cycle is to observe the sensation as a sensation, de-link it from emotions. It is simple. If you meditate just for a while, you will understand that. Meditation is an art of doing nothing. Teaching this art is a privilege.

Meditation is taught to people all over the world through various courses of The Art of Living. One such course is Sahaj Samadhi Meditation which is a mantra-based meditation. One can easily go into deep rest by taking the mantra. The Art of Living Part II Course is the highest form of meditation in which one can go through very simple yet very powerful meditations. This is a precious gift to this world from Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder, The Art of Living. Meditation is taught in other courses such as DSN, Sri Sri Yoga and so on.

Teaching meditation to others and thus providing solace to millions of people is the best service. By becoming an Art of Living teacher, you can reach to millions of people all over the world and teach meditation to them. To know more about The Art of Living teachers training courses.
