From Day 1 we all had loads of fun and incredible learning, never a boring moment. My smile has broadened. I wouldn’t have dreamt of quitting non-veg and alcohol, but with, one talk with Rajesh (teacher), it was possible. The high sudarshan kriya gives, the happiness, the elation, compares to nothing in this world. Now I think about everything in a totally different manner, to make this world, my nation, my surroundings an incredible place to be in. If people think this course must be a thing for the old and the depressed they must open their eyes.
