ART OF LIVING YOUTH COURSES - COMING SOON IN IRELAND

ART Excel a.k.a All Round Training in Excellence and Yes! a.k.a. Youth Empowerment Seminar

The Art of Living is dedicated to inspiring, strengthening and empowering young people to live life to its fullest potential by providing fun and challenging programs tailored to each age group. Children ages 8-13 participate in ART Excel. Secondary school students (ages 14-18) participate in the Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES!)

At the heart of each program is a set of breathing and relaxation techniques as well as practical knowledge to help students meet life with a smile and unbounded confidence. Youth also engage in meaningful service in and around the community.

Previous projects in our Centre in Canada included the creation of a children's garden, fundraising for the Care for Children program, and one of their all- time favourites...helping to paint the cabins!

YES! Day Camps

Youth build leadership and teamwork skills, all while enjoying yoga and meditation, playing games, building friendships, and having a great time!
