YES! (Youth Empowerment Seminar) is a workshop for teens ages 13 to 18 years to help increase confidence and focus.

Anyone who’s gone through adolescence knows how one’s teenage years can be intense. Getting good grades, getting into the right university, changing bodies and complex social dynamics --- the list of areas teenagers must navigate is endless. Knowing who you are and what matters to you can be an anchor during these years.

At YES, your teenager can learn just that! The YES! Workshop helps teenagers explore their inner landscape and find great reserves of confidence and resilience. It also empowers them with practical tools to navigate life. Meditation, breathwork, and other interactive exercises taught at YES! can help teens discover their identity and mental peace.

YES! is a dynamic workshop conducted by experienced instructors. This course helps teenagers develop holistically via interactive exercises and processes to become confident and strong future leaders. Through yoga, breathwork and meditation as well as wisdom, some of the benefits of the course are: 

Clarity of mind: The programme sharpens concentration, memory, and focus. It helps teenagers do better academically.

Leadership skills: Participants develop essential leadership and communication abilities, enhancing their teamwork and collaboration skills.

Interpersonal relationships: YES! enables teenagers to connect more deeply with people around them. As a result, their relationships with parents, friends and peers improve and become more fulfilling.

Will the practices taught in the course take away from the time they have to devote to their studies?

YES! has been designed as a short-term course to ensure your teenager doesn’t have to step away from their studies for too long. Additionally, your child requires only 30 minutes each day to practice the processes taught during the course. The processes taught enhance teens’ efficiency in studies and reduce their stress levels. Along with enriching their study time, it will make them happier and relaxed.

My teen is an introvert and might not participate in the activities of this programme. Will it benefit him/her?

Yes, absolutely! At YES! we create a safe and inclusive environment that will help your shy teen overcome their inhibitions and speak up during and after this programme.

Can my teen ask questions directly in the programme?

Yes! The programme is interactive, and teens are welcome to put forth their opinions and observations and get their doubts resolved. 

My teen and I don't agree on anything. Will the processes in this workshop improve our relationship?

During YES!, along with meditation and Sudarshan Kriya™ your teen will learn many skill-building exercises that enhance their sensitivity and life skills. The programme helps teenagers become more responsible, improve their communication skills, and help them be more empathetic.
