Our yoga and breathing exercise classes are conducted all over the world, both online and offline. You can use this website’s ‘Search Program’ functionality to find meditation and breath workshops near you.
The course lasts 9 hours over 3 days.
There are no prerequisites. All above 18 years of age are welcome!
Yes! There is plenty of research to support this. In one study, the practice of Sudarshan Kriya™ led to a significant decrease in diastolic blood pressure in 26 mildly hypertensive individuals.
