Learn how hatred impacts your peace and health—and discover how relaxation, awareness, and chanting Om can transform negativity into calm and compassion.
Have you noticed how people, for whom you’ve done so much, turned against you? You’ve done so much for someone, but they became your enemy. They don’t even talk to you now.
On the other hand, haven’t people you didn’t even know come to your help?
Do you think only friends will help you, and not your enemies? Your friends may not help you, my dear!
And those you don’t consider friends, they’ve helped many times.
You see someone whom you think is an enemy, and you don’t even want to look at them.
Looking at them, you start boiling, rattling. Relax.
They’re not doing as much harm to you as someone for whom you’ve given so much. You’ve done everything for your friends. They might harm you!
Time is one of 36 factors in life. If your time is good, your worst enemy will do your work for you. Like a friend, your enemy will come and help you.
If your time isn’t good, your best friend will behave like an enemy.

You blame the time. That’s OK. But you can’t do anything with time.
Astrology says that because Saturn is in a triangle with your house, or Jupiter or Mercury is retrograde, that’s why things are falling apart for you. But you can’t fight with Mercury and Jupiter about your misfortune.
Blaming others instead of planets, you’ll yell at somebody and get upset, spoiling your mood.
When you decide that planets cause your problems, you shift the blame away from people and situations. That’s safer.
You can’t fight, get angry, or do anything. You wait for the time to move. Mercury’s not going to be retrograde anymore. Things will become alright.
Astrology gives you hope. It also saves your mind from undergoing a lot of heartburn and hatred.
You can’t sit and hate any planets. But if you think someone else is wrong, you’ll start hating them.
When you hate them, you think about them in the morning, afternoon, evening, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, your bath, and your bed.
They occupy your whole life. Your body cringes. Your nervous system starts taking the shape of that person.
If it goes a little longer, you start becoming like them! You behave like the person you hate. There’ll be no difference between you and them.
Similarly, you also start becoming like the person you admire a lot. However, hatred is even stronger than admiration. That’s how the mind works.
Ten compliments, one insult, what do you hold onto more? Your aversions are much stronger than any of your cravings.
Visible signs include depression and sadness. You become miserable, aggressive, uncooperative, and not nice.
The third thing is, your body goes out of your control. Nothing in your body listens to you.
Your heartbeat rises, your body cringes, and you feel unusual sensations. You feel things that you don’t want to feel, like restlessness, utter restlessness. You can’t even sleep deeply or relax.
You don’t feel hungry or sleepy at the right time. You’ll feel uncomfortable and restless. You can’t even describe how you feel.
Along with this, another sign is breathlessness or irregular breathing. If you sit with people who have a lot of sadness or agitation, you can feel it in their breath.
They’ll breathe without rhythm. Others can feel it from a few feet away. They emit such repulsive vibrations and become obnoxious.
They could be very famous film stars. Everyone wants a picture with them. But after you sit with their bad vibration, you want to run away.

What’s the solution? Meditation, relaxation, chanting Om.
If you chant Om, do so loudly. It soothes a lot. It harmonizes the breathing pattern.
It removes many illnesses that the body and mind suffer from.
