Silent Retreat with Happiness Program combines the Happiness Program and Silence Course into one week of Meditation, Silence and Rejuvenation.

The first half of the course is spent learning Art of Living's flagship course - The Happiness Program which teaches the powerful Sudarshan Kriya. During the second half of the course, the course participants experience the Art of Silence course, which combines the practice of Silence with powerful guided Hollow and Empty Meditations.

Sri Sri Yoga, the unique , traditional and authentic form of yoga.  Sri Sri Yoga helps the practitioner not only with physical flexibility but also with emotional integration and spiritual elevation.  

Who can do it? -  Sri Sri Yoga sessions are suitable for both beginners as well as those who have been practicing for a while.  Practitioners will be able to explore the possibilities to strengthen themselves within their limits.

What is included? - Sri Sri Yoga is not just physical exercises or asanas but includes subtle breathing practices, relaxation teqhniques and wisdom for practical living.
