Simeon Donev first encountered the breathing techniques of The Art of Living during the basic course in August 2021. He was captivated by the Sudarshan Kriya technique and the following month continued with The Art of Meditation course. He noticed the benefits within the first few weeks and devoted himself to regular practice.

Over the following years, he continued with advanced courses and deepened his practices. These techniques helped him quit smoking just a few months after starting The Art of Meditation and allowed him to escape the trap of burnout. His daily practices have been highly beneficial both in his demanding work schedule and in his family life.

In 2025, Simeon successfully completed the instructor training program for adult courses, enabling him to share the knowledge and practices with others.
