Vasilena Tsankova-Borisova began her journey with The Art of Living techniques in 2024, when she took the basic course with Sudarshan Kriya after the loss of her mother. It was a difficult and heavy period in which she felt as though she had lost herself.

Gradually, the breathing techniques and meditation helped her cope with the grief and pain of her loss. They also supported her in managing the stress of her demanding daily life — both in her role as a public figure and in her personal life as a mother of many and a grandmother.

In 2025, Vasilena completed the volunteer training course and began actively sharing her experience, inspiring others by her own example to find the path toward inner balance.

By June 2025, she also completed the teacher training course with the organization in Bulgaria, which gave her the opportunity to teach the knowledge of Sudarshan Kriya — the secret to being truly happy.
