Programs Offered During Week 1
Art of Living Part 2 (5-day Silence Retreat)
Prerequisite: Art of Living Part 1 or SKY Breath Meditation or Happiness Program
Ages: 18+
The Art of Living Silence Retreat builds upon your Part 1 experience, offering a deeper exploration of yoga, breathwork, mudras, and profound guided meditations. As you immerse yourself in these practices, you’ll uncover deep inner silence and experience deep rest and rejuvenation.
Premium Retreat (Art of Living Part 1 + Sahaj Samadhi Meditation)
Ages: 18+
Prerequisite: None
This course combines two powerful practices: Sudarshan Kriya™ (SKY) and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation. SKY, an evidence-based breathwork practice, helps reduce stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation and heightened awareness. In addition, you’ll receive a personal mantra to deepen your meditation practice, offering profound rest and freeing the mind from daily worries. Together, these practices enhance each other, providing you with a comprehensive toolkit for lasting tranquility and mental clarity.
SKY Kids March Break Adventure (SKY Kids + WOW)
Ages: 8-12
Prerequisite: none
The SKY Kids course supports children’s wellbeing by teaching the research-backed SKY breathing technique as well as wisdom and life skills to increase happiness, creativity, and a sense of belonging. When children have the tools to manage stress and negative emotions, they’re able to excel in all areas of life..
WOW (Winter Outdoor Skills Workshop) invites youth to embark on a joyful outdoor adventure, exploring the wonders of the forest. Participants will learn to build fires, construct shelters, and discover secrets of trees, plants and animals. This hands-on experience fosters a deep connection to the natural world and its rhythms.
SKY Teens March Break Adventure (SKY Teens + WOW)
Ages: 13-17
Prerequisite: none
The SKY Teens program teaches the research-backed SKY breathing technique along with life skills to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and school performance, and build positive relationships with friends, peers, parents and teachers.

March Break Adventure Junior
Ages: 4-7
Prerequisite: none
Our junior adventure program helps young children explore self-expression, spiritual wisdom and kindness in a fun and nurturing setting. Through creative activities, nature-based learning, and joyful free-play, children build confidence while cultivating a deep sense of belonging and empathy for the world around them. The program draws on childrens’ innate love of nature and animals, encouraging outdoor play and exploration in a forest setting, and taps into the wisdom of nature to better understand ourselves and the world around us.
Caregiver and Baby/Toddler
Ages: Under 4, accompanied by caregiver
Prerequisite: none
The Caregiver and Baby/Toddler program offers a dedicated space where parents and caregivers can relax while nurturing their little ones. A cozy lounge area will be available for play, rest, and feeding, providing a calm and comfortable environment for both caregivers and babies or toddlers. Throughout the retreat, there will also be enriching Baby and Me activities including a workshop on Ayurvedic baby massage and interactive music sessions.
Family Weekend
Included in your retreat package is a full day of workshops and activities during Family Weekend. Tailored to all age groups, with options in both English and French, the weekend includes parenting workshops, family satsangs, yoga classes, outdoor activities, art activities, Escape Room challenge and more. Families will enjoy delicious vegetarian meals, including kid-friendly dishes. It’s a chance to bond, learn, and connect with other families in a supportive, spiritual environment.

All packages include a full day of family weekend workshops and activities. Participants may depart any time on Sunday.
Guidelines
To have the best experience of the retreat, please be prepared to attend every session offered.
Parents can either register for Art of Living Part 2 or Premium Retreat with The qualifying adults can register for any program, Silence or the Premium Retreat program. Children and Youth must register for Kids / Teens programs based on their age. During retreat week 2, qualifying teens have the option to register for SKY Teens 2.
Caregivers are required to bring their own safe sleep device for children under age 2 (ie. Pack N Play).
In families that include a child age 3 or under, caregivers are asked to select a caregiver package.
Please note that Hermitage rooms are shared by individuals of the same sex. In the case of family members of different sexes wishing to share a room, please select Bodhi private room.
