The Raw Cherry Pie is made up of 2 parts, the crust and the filling. It's really simple to make as well - only 3 ingredients! It has no sugar, no dairy, and is a great delight for everyone!
For the Crust
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 6 organic medjool dates
Preparation:
- Mix it in the food processor and make a dough-like paste.
- Press into a pie dish to form a crust.
For Cherry filling
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of organic cherries
- 3 organic medjool dates, pitted and chopped
Preparation:
- Remove cherry pits and cut cherries in half.
- Keep a few whole cherries for decoration.
- Mix the halved cherries with the chopped dates.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Refrigerate it
