Raw Delight: Sugar
Free Cherry Pie

The Raw Cherry Pie is made up of 2 parts, the crust and the filling. It's really simple to make as well - only 3 ingredients! It has no sugar, no dairy, and is a great delight for everyone!

For the Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 6 organic medjool dates

Preparation:

  • Mix it in the food processor and make a dough-like paste.
  • Press into a pie dish to form a crust.

For Cherry filling

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of organic cherries
  • 3 organic medjool dates, pitted and chopped

Preparation:

  • Remove cherry pits and cut cherries in half.
  • Keep a few whole cherries for decoration.
  • Mix the halved cherries with the chopped dates.
  • Pour the filling over the crust.
  • Refrigerate it
