  • What are the requirements to enrol? There are no prerequisites. Anyone aged 16 and above is welcome.

  • Who is the Sahaj Samadhi (Art of Meditation) course for? The course is open to anyone — no prior meditation experience is required. It suits people who feel stressed or overwhelmed, those curious about meditation but unsure where to start, and experienced meditators looking to deepen their practice.

  • Do I need any special knowledge or background to join? No. The technique is designed to be simple and accessible regardless of your background, beliefs, or fitness level. You don"t need to have practised yoga, studied spirituality, or meditated before.

  • What should I expect to feel during or after the sessions? Most participants report a sense of deep rest and calm during meditation, often described as more refreshing than sleep. After completing the course, many notice reduced stress, improved focus, and a greater sense of emotional steadiness in daily life. Experiences vary from person to person.

  • Is this a religious practice? No. Sahaj Samadhi is a meditation technique, not a religious practice. It does not require you to adopt any particular belief system and is practised by people of all faiths and none.

  • What if I miss one of the three sessions? You are required to attend all three sessions, as each one is essential to learning the technique correctly. If you are unable to attend on these dates & timings, contact us to discuss your options.
