What Is Meditation?

Meditation is universal.
It transcends all divisions imposed by religion, nationality, or culture. It is a gift to humanity that leads to a spiritual state of infinity, unbound by identity. Meditation is the only means to return to innocence.

Modern life is heavily influenced by negative emotions such as anger, hatred, fear, and more. These human emotions have a tendency to multiply and spread. For example, betrayal leads to suspicion toward others. Negative emotions leave lasting impressions and create insecurity in both the individual and society.

Meditation helps overcome these emotions, bringing about a state of calmness, a peaceful mind, and a stress-free body. With daily practice, a person blossoms into a resilient, grounded individual. As the number of calm, composed, and healthy people increases, it paves the way for social transformation, allowing individuals in society to be filled with trust, happiness, and contentment.
