Sri Sri Yoga 2

The Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive Course is a unique program designed to strengthen physical and mental health and restore balance. It is created for those who want to immerse themselves in the magic of yoga and give their body a fundamental inner “spring cleansing.” How does this happen? See below.

Sri Sri Yoga effectively integrates the different paths of yoga, uniting body, mind, and breath. It includes: yoga postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, meditation, and easily understandable knowledge, presented in a fun and engaging way.

Sri Sri Yoga is also for those who want to go deeper into the Hatha aspect of yoga and learn how to manage stress and recharge their body with energy through yoga asanas. By the end of the course, participants will have learned a complete set of yoga and breathing practices for home use.

During the daily yoga sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to learn:

how to perform the asanas correctly (not perfectly),

how to feel your body and understand which muscle groups are engaged,

how to direct your attention to sensations,

how to bring your mind into the present moment,

how to respect the individual capabilities of your body while practicing,

how to relax into the magic of yoga, which is not only physical movement but a full mental immersion during asanas,

and, if you practice regularly – how to expand your set of asanas.

This Art of Living program is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners of all ages. Course participants learn how to cope with stress and the mind, how to purify the body, and recharge it with more energy.

The Highlight of the Course – Shankha Prakshalana

The most important element of the course is the Shankha Prakshalana process – a cleansing and flushing of the entire gastrointestinal tract. This practice stimulates the functions of the intestines, pancreas, liver, and both the small and large intestines. The strong salt solution kills a large portion of the harmful microflora in the digestive system. This effect cannot be achieved through fasting or detox diets. Such a deep cleansing is done up to twice a year. It is essential that we take care of our internal cleanliness.

Benefits of the Shankha Prakshalana process:

Stimulates the digestive system

Improves nutrient absorption, helping you feel full with less food

Enhances elimination

Purifies the kidneys, even from small stones

Clears the skin

Boosts metabolism

Purifies the blood

Creates a sense of lightness and freshness – physically and mentally

Brings a feeling of freedom from internal toxins

Elevates the quality of consciousness

Personal benefits from the Shankha Prakshalana practice:

Participants report relief from chronic pains, migraines, skin rashes, and more

Group practice is incomparably easier, joyful, and painless

No need to think about how much salt to use, how to drink the water safely, how to reintroduce food, what to cook, how to avoid mistakes, or how to fit everything into your social schedule – it’s all taken care of

Everyone Wants to Be Happy, Peaceful, and Successful

But where is happiness? It’s within us – in discovering and expanding our consciousness. Yoga is the science that leads us on the path to self-discovery, and its goal is to reach pure consciousness, peace, and bliss within. Yoga reveals the hidden laws that govern the mind and gives us tools to manage emotions like anger, guilt, regret, envy, and fear.

If you wish to dive deeper into the wisdom of yoga, you have the opportunity to attend the Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive Course, about which we’ve heard amazing things. This unique experience will be guided by the charming and dynamic instructor from Italy – Beatrice Lulini, one of the senior teachers of the Art of Living Foundation in Europe and the coordinator of Sri Sri Yoga for the continent. During her previous visit, she also led the Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive Course.
