“The purpose of music is to create silence within you, and the purpose of silence is to create dynamism in life. Music connects us all, beyond race, religion and continents. The only force that unites everyone except the force of love is music. Music touches the heart of everyone. It purifies the feelings, makes the feelings lighter and softer, and if the feelings are purified, the thoughts are purified, your intuitive side awakens and that is spirituality.” - Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

"Here, in the artistic temple of our former president, it is fitting that we celebrate the 25th anniversary of one of India's brightest stars - the Art of Living Foundation."

Joseph R. Biden, Vice President of the United States
