Boryana Nikolova has been practicing The Art of Living techniques since 2010. Inspired by the knowledge and having personally experienced the benefits of regular breathing practices and meditation, she became a volunteer and began organizing the foundation’s programs in Kyustendil. Her goal is to help more people experience these benefits — more happiness, peace, better health, and greater awareness.

In 2019, Boryana became a certified instructor of breathing techniques and began teaching the Sudarshan Kriya breathing and meditation practice. Shortly afterward, she also completed training as a yoga instructor.
