Eliza Samaras has been practicing yoga, meditation, and other spiritual disciplines since 2011.

In 2022, she completed the basic course with The Art of Living, an experience that brought a profound transformation on every level of her life — deeper than any other practice she had explored before.

Recognizing the importance of a living enlightened master in the person of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Eliza devoted herself entirely to The Art of Living. In 2024, she became an instructor of the foundational breathing techniques and has since continued to grow along the path of sadhana, seva, and satsang — regular practice, service to others, and unity in truth.
