In Sanskrit, Sahaj means effortless. Samadhi is meditation -- a natural state beyond waking, sleeping and dreaming. It is an unlimited reservoir of energy, intelligence, creativity, and a place of infinite peace and tranquility. 

In this mantra meditation workshop, you'll:

Acquire a Personal Mantra: Your teacher will share a special and unique mantra you can use throughout your life as a tool to dive deep within yourself. 

Learn Meditation Fundamentals: This is an ideal meditation course for beginners. Learn the foundational principles of meditation and the techniques that boost the effectiveness of your daily practice. 

Access Lifetime Follow-ups: Access a lifetime's worth of follow-up mindfulness sessions with your teacher and ask questions as they come up during your practice.
