Over 4 days of silence, you will go on a remarkable inward journey through several specially designed activities, such as:

Deep Meditations: A set of guided meditations called "Hollow and Empty" are the core aspect of the program, taking you deeper within and providing deep rest and emotional cleansing.

Yoga: Start your mornings with a yoga routine specially designed to deepen your meditation, unite body and mind. This helps you detox and feel lighter.

Sudarshan Kriya™: Strengthen and grow in your daily practice of Sudarshan Kriya™ through daily group practice sessions.
