Follow-up sessions are designed for those who have already learned Sudarshan Kriya™ and are exclusively for graduates of the Art of Living Part 1 course. These sessions help you build consistency, deepen your practice and stay connected to the incredible benefits of this transformative practice.

If you've completed Part 1, you're warmly welcome to join. If not, we recommend starting there to learn the technique.
 

Can I register for a follow-up after a break of several years?

Yes, absolutely! Whether it’s been a few months or many years since you completed the Art of Living Part 1 course, follow-up sessions are the perfect way to reconnect with your Sudarshan Kriya™ practice. These sessions are designed to gently refresh your experience, rebuild consistency and help you rediscover the peace, clarity and energy that Sudarshan Kriya™ brings.

What are the fees for a follow-up?

Follow-up sessions are free when attended online and just £5 for in-person gatherings. Fees may vary slightly depending on location or format, so feel free to contact your local Art of Living centre for the most accurate details.
